Shipping and Returns
Shipping of all orders is through Australia Post using registered mail unless you require shipping through your own courier. If you wish to use your own courier we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods are in transit. Be Enchanted takes no responsibility for any loss or damages or any delay that occurs during Australia Post Shipping. Items shipped within Australia can be tracked by their registered post number. If there are any discrepancies in your order you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from the receipt of your order unless the items received are faulty. If an error has been made by Be Enchanted with regards to your order we will gladly pay for the return shipment. If you receive a faulty item we will also gladly replace the item at our expense. If you require urgent re-dispatch, it will be necessary for you to pay for the goods at the time the re-order is lodged which will then be credited or refunded to you once we receive the returned goods. Goods must be re-packaged carefully for the return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, full contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Please also include whether you require a credit, refund or a replacement so that the return can be processed accurately and promptly. Be Enchanted does not accept returns or give refunds for errors made by you when ordering or for change of mind.
International shipping may require legal documentation for export purposes. Be Enchanted notes it is your duty to acquire this information from your local shipping agent or customs agent. If for any reason expenses are incurred in relation to customs fees or taxes due to your order, the expense will become your responsibility. Goods being held, stored, or penalties incurred in processing international orders will be passed on to you, the buyer, before the order will be dispatched.
