security. We are committed to complying with both the Privacy Act
and the National Privacy Principles and we assure you that we will
meet these obligations. Information from all users of this site is
kept strictly confidential and only used for the conveying of
information and catalogue order details for shipping. Be Enchanted
respects the privacy of all its customers and does not resell or
lend any information collected. The individual details you provide
will not be made available to any third party.

Information Collected

information collected and stored by us about you generally includes
your name, address, contact details including phone, fax, and email
as provided by you to us.
We require
this information to enable us to contact you as part of our day to
day business dealings and correspondence if you have placed an
order with us or requested further information or assistance with
our products.
For
statistical purposes we collect information on web site activity
(such as the number of users who visit the web site, the pages
viewed, what country and systems users have used to access the site
and, when entering our web site from another web site, the address
of that web site) may be carried through the use of 'cookies'. This
information on its own does not identify an individual but it does
provide us with statistics that we can use to analyse and improve
our web site.

and services you have requested from us.

Shipping
& Returns
Shipping of
all orders is through Australia Post unless you require
shipping through your own courier. If you wish to use your own
courier we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods
are in transit.
Be Enchanted takes no responsibility for any items lost or
damaged or any delay that occurs during Australia Post shipping.
Items shipped with Australia post cannot be tracked after they have
been dispatched.
If there are
any discrepancies in your order you must notify us within 7
days of receiving your order. No returns or exchange will be
allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order unless the item
received is faulty.
If an error has been made by Be Enchanted with regards to your
order we will gladly pay for return shipment. If you receive a
faulty item we will also glady replace the item at our expense. If
you require urgent re-dispatch, it will be necessary to pay for
goods at the time the re-order is lodged, which will then be
credited or refunded to you once we receive the returned goods.
Goods must be re-packaged carefully for return and the package must
include a letter identifying your invoice number, full contact
information as well as why the goods are being returned. Please
also include whether you require a credit, refund or a
replacement, so that the return can be processed accurately &
promptly.
Be Enchanted
does not accept returns or give refunds for errors made by you when
ordering or for change of mind.
International
shipping may require legal documentation for export purposes. Be
Enchanted notes it is your duty to acquire this information from
your local shipping agent or customs agent. If for any reason
expenses are incurred in relation to customs fees or taxes due to
your order, the expenses will become the liability of you, the
buyer. Goods being held, stored, or penalties incurred in
processing International orders will be passed on to you the buyer
before the order is dispatched.
Cookies

information that allows the server (the computer that houses the
web site) to identify and interact more effectively with your
computer.
