while you build a

Becoming a Consultant
We have a very simple structure to our business
to make it easy and straight
forward as possible for both you and us. We understand that
everyone has different
commitments in regards to family, work etc so we do not push you to
have parties and
e have no minimum sales quota to reach each month. However the more
parties you
have then the more money you can earn. So we are here to help you
to achieve your
goals whatever they may be. We do recommend that you have at least
8 parties in your
first month so as to become more confident in your business and the
products. After this
time you can do as many parties that suit your needs.
You get to choose you own sales kit that you
would like to carry that suits your budget.
All you need to do is have a look through our party plan catalogue
and then e-mail us a
list of the items that you would like to carry and we can let you
know via return e-mail the
costs so you can decide which items you would like. We do recommend
a minimum of
around $300 to give you enough stock to display at your parties.
All items purchased for
your start up kit can be purchased at 30% discount from our party
plan catalogue. Once
ou are up and running and provided you hold a minimum of $2000 in
sales per month you
will also be entitles to purchase goods for your kit or for
personal purchases from our range
at any time at discounts up to 50% off.
You will receive a full 30% commission on your
party sales. You do not have to pay for any
host or guest gifts or vouchers as these costs are all covered by
Be Enchanted. We do
have a packaging and handling charge of $4.50 ($6.00 in WA) per
order. However, postage
costs, host gifts and vouchers of any kind are not included on
party sales and therefore no commission will be paid on these
items.
Once you have purchased your kit for
demonstrations Be Enchanted will also supply
you with flyers, invitations, 1/2 price vouchers, product
information sheets and two
catalogues at no cost to you. These will be shipped with your start
up kit. If you would
like more catalogues they can be purchase at a cost of $10 each.
This is only to cover
our actual costs for printing and covers. All catalogues are
updated free of charge.
We also offer training via phone and e-mail. If
there is ever anything that you need help
with or just have a question at a party that you can't answer you
are welcome to call us
and we will be able to help you. We are also available to help you
get started and walk
you through how to get parties and make them successful.

Payment and
Deliveries:
It is recommended that you encourage your host
and their guests to pay on the night
by cash or credit card. This way you can be paid your commission as
soon as that
money is banked into our account and we can ship the orders to the
host straight
away. Otherwise the host is required to have all payments to you
within two weeks of
their party. (This can be flexible to suit both you and your host.)
Once the full payment
for the party has been received we will then post the orders
directly to the host and pay
your commission.
As a Be Enchanted Party Plan Consultant you are
self employed and not employed
by Be Enchanted. Therefore you are responsible for your own
insurance, superannuation
and tax liabilities and must provide us with your ABN.
